Herma appoints Hendrik Kehl as new product manager

Kehl has been working for Herma since 2008 and his most recent position was in the domestic sales department, where he provided support to customers. In his new role, Kehl will ensure that the life cycle of products from market maturity to withdrawal from the market will be planned, controlled, and monitored more closely in the future.

‘This is especially important in view of ever shorter product life cycles, increasingly specialized applications, and additional functions that labels are asked to provide,’ explained Kehl. ‘My goal is, therefore, to enhance our strong continuous cooperation with label printers, machine manufacturers, and label users. This is the only way that will allow us to quickly react to future new requirements and trends.’

Dr Thomas Baumgärtner, Herma managing director and head of Self-adhesive Materials, said: ‘Hendrik Kehl has not only completed his apprenticeship as an industrial business management assistant with us, but has also successfully pursued further training in technical business administration, business management. Thanks to his experience in the sales department, where he always had an ear to the market, he is ideally qualified for his new position.’
