Kara Weiner appointed Flexcon’s COO

‘Kara is an experienced change leader who will work collaboratively with managers and team members to improve operational efficiency,’ said Lavon Winkler, CEO of Flexcon.  ‘She will also focus on employee development with a team-oriented mindset to facilitate problem-solving and improvements across all of Flexcon manufacturing, resulting in improved outcomes for our customers.’

Weiner most recently served as vice president of operations at Stratasys, where she led North American operations and transformed manufacturing strategy to deliver improvements in production performance. Previously, she served as a manager for 3M Company, where she realized significant resource efficiency gains.
