Marabu appoints new executive committee team member

York Boeder has joined Marabu GmbH & Co. KG as CEO. Headquartered in Germany, the company manufactures screen, digital and pad printing inks, as well as creative colors. It has operations around the world.

As of January 3 2011, Boeder assumed overall responsibility of the company’s printing inks and creative colors divisions. He now heads the growing Marabu Group.

Boeder joins Marabu from Einhell AG (electronic devices) where he was a member of the board of management and controlled the group’s international strategy. His previous management experience – from working at an automotive supplier, office equipment manufactuer, Herlitz AG and logistics player, eCom Logistik – provide 'an excellent basis for Marabu to continue to develop in printing inks and creative colors', says the company.

Working with senior executives, Boeder is responsible for strengthening strategy and profitability of Marabu’s business divisions.
