technotrans has appointed Robin Schaede as the new chief financial officer
Schaede (46-year-old) was most recently managing director and CFO of Medperion, where he was responsible for the strategic, structural and organizational management and development of the group. Prior to that, Schaede, who holds a Master of Science in International Business Studies, held various management positions in the international arena.

Supervisory Board chairman Peter Baumgartner said: ‘We are delighted to have won Robin Schaede as a candidate for this responsible position at technotrans, a candidate who is both professionally and personally convincing. With his many years of wide-ranging expertise in corporate development, operational and strategic controlling and the implementation of cross-sector transformations, he will make valuable contributions to the further development of the technotrans Group.’

Schaede succeeds Dirk Engel, who left the company at the end of July 2021, and completes the three-member Board of Management team after a period of vacancy. Together with Finger and Hirsch, he will continue to drive forward the transformation of technotrans that has been initiated in accordance with the Future Ready 2025 strategy.
