Toshiba Tec has appointed Nicole Schlögl as new service director. She replaces Don Critchley, who has retired.

She will work closely with Toshiba’s customers to ensure maximum uptime for their operations and to deliver the best service offering in the industry.

Martin Langridge, managing director at Toshiba Tec, said: ‘Schlögl brings great skills and proven experience in IT, business process improvement, service management and delivery to the role. I am excited to welcome her on board.’

Schlögl has lengthy experience in the private, public and NGO sectors. Most recently, Schlögl was head of IT service delivery at LeasePlan, following roles at Marie Curie UK as head of service management, and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, where she was head of IT systems delivery and deputy IT director.

A certified coach, six sigma black belt and software development scrum master, Schlögl has a degree in electronics engineering and an MBA, for which she focused on change management.
