FLAG announces its 12th annual members meeting

The annual meeting recognizes the need for continuing education and networking for independent converters

Flexo Label Advantage Group (FLAG) is set to host its twelfth annual members meeting in western New York, this fall. The group has been organizing the annual meeting for several years as the group continues to expand its membership, approaching 140 members.

Recognizing the need for continuing education and networking for independent converters, the meeting drew over 125 members and vendor partners last year, with more expected in 2024. The upcoming event will occur at the Aloft Hotel in Buffalo, New York, from June 11 - 13, 2024.

Highlights of the annual meeting include peer groups and roundtable discussions, a tour of a member’s facility, tabletops with FLAG vendor partners, and keynote speeches on mission-critical topics for independent converters. This year, the group will tour Niagara Label and see firsthand the culture that has enabled them to grow significantly while staying true to the family-owned company values that have guided them for over 38 years.

JC McKay, president of FLAG, said: ‘We’re extremely excited to announce the FLAG annual meeting 2024 will kick off in Buffalo, NY, this coming June. Long-time FLAG member Niagara Label company will host the much-anticipated tour this year. Our members and vendor partners can expect three days of amazing content, expert insights, networking opportunities, and more, all designed to help them grow their businesses!

FLAG group members–with an average size of $2 to $40M–realize the type of benefits usually enjoyed by larger converters. These include bottom-line savings, catastrophic recovery plans, penetrating new markets and application niches, and having access to new resources. In addition to the annual meeting, these benefits are delivered through a 24/7 online resource site, quarterly calls, “Lunch and Learns,” FLAG peer groups, and much more.
