Nilpeter plans Cincinnati open house

Event to showcase flexo press technology, automation and AI insights.

Nilpeter will host an open house at its Cincinnati, Ohio facility on August 19, 2026, featuring live flexo press demonstrations, a supplier exhibition and a full-day program covering automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence.

The program opens with a keynote from author and leadership expert Chad J. Willett, followed by sessions on AI fundamentals from Dr Chip Tonkin, chair of the department of graphic communications at Clemson University, and a presentation on AI-powered innovation in printing technology from Carsten Clemensen, CTO of Nilpeter, covering predictive maintenance and process optimization.

Live demonstrations of Nilpeter's flexo press technology will run in the early afternoon, alongside tabletop exhibitions from industry partners. A keynote address from Joel Carmany of Online Labels Group and Consolidated Label, winner of 19 Eugene Singer Awards and TLMI Converter of the Year, will focus on building a label business from the ground up. The day concludes with a panel discussion on leading through innovation in an age of AI, featuring Tonkin, Clemensen, Carmany and selected industry partners, followed by a networking event with food and drinks.

'The future of our industry is being shaped right now,' said the company. 'AI, automation, digitalization, and new flexo technologies are changing the way we think about label and packaging production, creating opportunities that seemed impossible just a few years ago. That is why we are excited to welcome industry professionals to Nilpeter Cincinnati for a full day focused on innovation, inspiration, and practical insights from some of the brightest minds in our industry.'

Registration is open via Nilpeter's website, with a deadline of August 3, 2026.
