TLMI hosts practical RFID production webinar
May session covers in-line versus off-line decisions and real-world manufacturing challenges.
TLMI's Technical Committee is hosting a printTHINK webinar on May 21, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, bringing together leaders from across the RFID ecosystem for a practical discussion on how RFID is produced on the factory floor, from early trials to full-scale manufacturing.
The session, titled RFID: How Is It Really Done? In-line vs. off-line, is designed for both technical and executive audiences and will cover what in-line and off-line RFID production actually means in practice, how converters and brand owners typically begin RFID production, when it makes sense to move from off-line to in-line and when it does not, how companies evolve as demand grows, realistic ramp-up timelines and common pitfalls that slow adoption. The session will also explore how materials, equipment, cost and learning curves interact in real production environments.
Speakers include Gayle Harrop, president of Tamarack, Gino Olivato, managing director for USA and Canada at Beontag, and Mike Schehr, applications engineering manager at Delta ModTech.
Registration is available via the TLMI website.
