Hally Labels collected a number of awards at the recently held LATMA (Label and Tag Manufacturing Association Australia) Print Awards, including the Best in Show, and two World Label Association Awards. In addition, the Hally Labels New Zealand business unit received an Honorable Mention at the World Label Association Awards.

The company’s Coles Finest Lamb and Fetta Sausages P3 label received a World Label Association Award as well as the LATMA Best in Show Award.  P3 is aimed at perishable food products requiring a price-weigh label that offers improved product presentation and differentiation, and is being used on a variety of products throughout the major retailers in Australia.

The other World Label Association Award was received for Ecoya’s McGrath Foundation Gardenia Passion Hand & Body Wash label. This label features a combination of gloss varnish and patterned high build varnish to create strong visual impact.  Both of these labels received Gold Awards at the LATMA Print Awards, allowing for entry into the World Label Association Awards.

Additionally, Hally Labels received an Honorable Mention for its Brancott Reserve Sauvignon Gris 09 label. Hally Labels was a gold medal winner in the label category at this year’s Pride in Print Awards, which made the company eligible to gain entry into the 2010 World Label Association Awards.

Tania James, group operations manager at Hally Labels, said: ‘We are extremely proud of our award wins, as this recognizes the hard work our team puts in ensuring each and every one of our customers receives award winning print quality.  Our pre-press team spends a lot of time ensuring the art files are maximized for our presses, and our print team have a wide range of technology available to ensure the best print quality is achieved.’
