BASF to increase prices in North America

Effective October 1, 2006, or as contracts allow, BASF will increase its list and off-list prices in the United States, Canada and Mexico by $0.07 per pound for NEOL Neopentylglycol.

NEOL is used primarily for production of dry coating resins, alkyd resins, can and coil coatings, liquid polyester coatings, UV-curable coatings, adhesives and polymers. It is a registered trademark of BASF Corporation.
