BASF increases prices of dispersions
BASF Aktiengesellschaft, based in Ludwigshafen, Germany, has increased its polymer dispersion prices in Europe by €100 per metric ton. In a statement, the company said, ‘The reasons for the increase are continuously rising costs. The products affected by the price increases are used above all as raw materials for pressure-sensitive adhesives and industrial adhesives, architectural coatings, construction chemicals and as binders for fibers.’
