BASF increases prices of dispersions

BASF will be increasing its polymer dispersion prices in Europe by €100 – €120 per metric ton with immediate effect. The reasons for the increase are given as ‘continuously rising costs and insufficient margins.’
The products affected by the price increases are used above all as raw materials for pressure-sensitive adhesives and industrial adhesives, architectural coatings, construction chemicals and as binders for fibers.
