Coater/tinter for HP Indigo

Rapid Machinery Company announces a new cost effective coater/tinter for HP Indigo Web Stream digital printing lines.

After successful cooperation between HP Indigo and Rapid two coaters have been installed at factories of the Pemara Group in Australia. The coaters use the new flexographic print unit developed by Rapid over the last 6 years and used in their new ServoFlex multicolour packaging and label presses.

The coaters have Rapid's new auto wash up system for quick set up and quick wash up of the inking system. Also incorporated in the design is the Rapid sealed inking system which excludes airborne contaminates such as paper dust.

Able to coat using any liquid ink system these versatile machines will be an invaluable aid to the Digital printer or printer wishing to tint background colour. The may also be used to personalise the back of web stock by printing a message.
