Ideartes commissions 8-color Hontec flexo press

Colombian label converter Ideartes has commissioned a Hontec FlexiCon350 eight-color servo flexographic press at its production facility in Barranquilla, with the press now in full production across a range of label applications.

The FlexiCon350-8 combines full-servo technology with precise register control and eight UV flexographic printing stations, designed to deliver consistent print quality while minimizing setup time and material waste.

'The FlexiCon350-8 provides the print quality, stability, and productivity we were looking for, and we are confident it will support our continued business growth,' said the Ideartes management team. 'The installation process was smooth and professionally supported by Hontec's engineers.'

The installation adds to Hontec's growing installed base in Latin America, following a recent FlexiCon-380-8C installation at Dimatic SAS in Colombia.
