Noida, India-based converter, Hora Art Center has upgraded its finishing capabilities by investing in multiple Vorey AuraCut A6 digital label die-cutters. The machines are supplied by Kridwinn Innovations, Vorey's India distributor. Two units are installed at Hora's Noida facility and one at its Pune facility.

The converter aims to enhance precision, finishing, throughput and flexibility across its label and packaging lines with the newly commissioned die-cutters. The Vorey AuraCut A6 delivers precise cutting for short- to medium-run production, enabling faster turnarounds on custom shapes, kiss-cuts and intricate designs without the need for conventional tooling.

It is a tool-less digital die-cutter with rapid job changeover and lower setup cost. It supports precise registration for complex label shapes and fine detail, with fast cycle times to support tighter delivery windows. It delivers clean, reliable cuts across common label stocks and laminates, along with improved material yield and reduced waste. The machine also supports all types of label stock.

Kridwinn’s technical team has completed the site installations, calibrations and operator training at Hora Art Center’s facilities. The rollouts included workflow integrations with the existing digital press lines and hands-on training programs for operators and maintenance staff to ensure immediate productivity gains.

'Dedicated service support from the team Kridwinn and unprecedented performance of Vorey AuraCut A6 digital label die-cutters align perfectly with our commitment to quality,' said Shailender Kapoor, head of new business development, Hora Art Center. 'This upgrade strengthens our finishing capabilities across all the locations and helps us deliver more complex, higher-value labels to our customers.'

'We are proud to partner with Hora Art Center and support their expansion with the Vorey AuraCut A6 technology,' said Dinesh Thakur, director, marketing, Kridwinn Innovations. 'These installations demonstrate how digital finishing can transform labeling workflows.'

Hora Art Center will begin offering expanded die-cut design services immediately and anticipates improved lead times for customers across its multiple locations. Demonstration sessions and sample runs of the Vorey AuraCut A6 digital label die-cutters are also available by appointment at the company’s Noida and Pune facilities.
