Advanced Labels extends flexographic label portfolio

US-based converter Advanced Labels has installed its first HP Indigo WS6000 digital offset printing press. The company will also add the HP Smart Stream Labels and Packaging Print Server and ABG Digicon Series 2 finishing line to its existing flexographic label portfolio.

The AB Graphic Digicon Series 2 finishing line was chosen to enable the company to offer all the finishing treatments it currently uses on its flexo presses. Advanced Label's finishing line is now equipped with flat-bed hot stamping and embossing, semi-rotary die-cutting and embossing, cold foil and lamination as well as multiple print and varnish treatment stations.
