BPIF Labels to organize digital label seminar

BPIF Labels, the UK label association, will be holding its Autumn Technical Seminar on Wednesday November 2 at the Barcelo Hotel, Daventry. This one-day seminar on ‘Digital label printing – current state of play’ will review the growth of digital label printing, the role of origination, design and color management and include presentations by HP Indigo, Xeikon, Domino and Nilpeter.

Substrate selection for digital will be explained by UPM Raflatac and Avery Dennison, while AB Graphic will discuss current and future development in digital label finishing. MIS for digital web-to-print will be covered by Labeltraxx. The program includes two label converters outlining their experiences of using digital technology, as well as a panel discussion chaired by label expert Mike Fairley. The day concludes with a networking dinner.
