First Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 231 installed in UK

Labels and sticker experts, Handy Labels, has become the first in the UK to place an order for Konica Minolta’s new AccurioLabel 231.

The founder of Handy Labels, Martyn Kilford visited the Konica Minolta stand at The Print Show 2026 in Birmingham for the official signing, along with Alex Parkin who is a director of Handy Brand’s employee ownership trust. 

Handy Labels was established by Martyn in 2007 to address a gap in the market for small- to medium-run labels and stickers. Now an employee-owned company, Handy Labels serves more than 44,000 returning customers, ranging from hobbyists and entrepreneurs through to multinational corporate brands. 

The AccurioLabel 231 was launched last month to help small and medium-sized label converters increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve profitability. Once installed at Handy Labels in Portishead, Bristol the company will benefit from its high-quality print quality and intelligent automation, enabling the company to handle more jobs with the consistent quality that Handy Labels has forged its strong reputation upon.
