New shareholders take control of Nipson SAS

Nipson SAS has guaranteed its long term plans with the announcement of a new shareholding structure. Creacorp, a major shareholder which has been reorganizing the company since 2008, has sold its stake to Loic Dufeil, director of the company ADT, and to Guillaume Dumarey, marketing and sales director of Nipson SAS. Ghislain Segard, who has been instrumental in the reorganization, remains as president. Nipson Digital Printing Systems (NDPS), which entered administration in 2009, now has no involvement with the new organization. Nipson SAS is now the parent company to all the worldwide subsidiaries.
Guillaume Dumarey said: ‘This restructuring affirms Nipson’s long term commitment to its customers and employees and I am absolutely confident the company will go from strength to strength. I think our start to 2010 really shows this and our excitement at moving forward will be fully on display at Ipex next month.’
Loic Dufeil is a veteran of the French printing industry and brings vast experience of service and software. It is anticipated that his company’s software poducts will be integrated into the Nipson SAS portfolio later in the year.
Nipson will be demonstrating a range of products at Ipex 2010 including its new patented fluorescent toner.
