Drent Goebel and Plant4Print sign service contract

From July 1 Plant4Print, based in Derby, UK, will execute all service and spare-part activities for Drent Goebel in the UK. Together with Janus Technologies as their sales agent, Drent Goebel feels that the British market is now completely covered. Plant4Print will receive extensive training in all press types and will be completely furnished to perform at a high level.

An efficient service organization and powerful tools are necessary to reach a high level of customer satisfaction. Ultimately, however, this depends on the people who provide the services to the customer. ‘Therefore Drent Goebel chose Plant4Print as their UK service team to support a clearly defined, high standard of quality,’ said Rob Schellekens, director of marketing & sales. ‘Every member of the team has completed an intensive training program. Their skills and knowledge are also regularly upgraded at our training center.’
