Barcode label manufacturer Electronic Imaging Materials (EIM) has announced four new internal promotions to leadership roles.

‘We are excited to support our strong, sustainable local company as it continues to build toward the future,’ said Alex Henkel, president of EIM based in New Hampshire.

Jason Wilder, who has been with EIM since 1995, started in production before moving up the ranks as production manager and then sales department leader for the past 16 years. Wilder was promoted to director of finance, quality and sales, and will be responsible for leading the sales, accounting and quality departments.

Juan Munoz, a 24-year veteran of the printing industry, joined EIM in 2005 in production before becoming the products and innovation manager in 2010. Munoz was promoted to director of technical solutions and will continue to lead the products department as well as the technology and estimating departments.

Robert Farnsworth has over 26 combined years in the printing industry and joined EIM as the production manager in 2017. Farnsworth was promoted to director of operations and will oversee production, facilities and the human resources department.

Jillian Bishop joined the EIM production team in 2007 before moving over to the marketing department. Bishop was promoted to director of marketing and corporate communications and will continue to lead marketing, and oversee internal and external company communications.

‘The directors have a combined 70 years of experience here at EIM, and we as a team are grateful for an opportunity to continue to lead EIM into the future,’ Wilder said.

The promotions reflect the company’s ongoing success as it continues to grow. In 2023, the company added a new Xeikon Panther PX2200 inkjet press at its Keene, New Hampshire, facility.
