Entrepreneur buys South Dayton in-mold labeling company

Longtime entrepreneur John Prikkel has purchased 51 percent interest in Fusion Graphics, Inc., a company that markets in-mold labeling technology for security and anti-counterfeiting. The entire Fusion Graphics team will be retained and relocated to the Englewood facilities of Liteflex LLC, another of Prikkel’s businesses. 

‘This is an exciting acquisition for many reasons,’ said Prikkel. ‘The technology is unique and offers significant value add for pharmaceutical manufacturers seeking to comply with national e-Pedigree standards. Additionally, we offer security and anti-counterfeiting measures for manufacturers of consumer products, health & beauty aides, and over-the-counter medications.
