Esko-Graphics to host packaging seminar in UK

Esko-Graphics is organizing a packaging technology seminar in Gaydon, Warwickshire in the UK on September 14th, 2004. The full day event is entitled: ‘The race for future packaging technologies’.  This year’s seminar is designed to answer technology questions raised by the array of pre-press technology developments unveiled at Drupa earlier this year.
‘As the landscape of the packaging industry matures with the introduction of new standards such as JDF, future technology drives many of the business decisions of packaging designers, trade shops and converters,’ says Paul Bates, UK packaging sales manager for Esko-Graphics. ‘Keeping in touch with developments in pre-press hardware and software technologies is a major part of the knowledge required to run a successful business these days. In this seminar we are trying to give practical advice about integrating changing technologies into the packaging workflow, whilst keeping an eye on future developments in the marketplace.’
