ETI and UV Ray cooperate to supply UV curing system

ETI Converting Equipment, a Canadian company based in Boucherville, Quebec, Canada, has announced a cooperation with UV Ray, Milan, Italy, for the development and long time supply of a UV curing system for the new silicone in-line applicator.

The system combines the ETI/Degussa free radical technology and the UV Ray UV technology. This system is already installed in twenty different locations in the world and changes the paradigm of the way to make labels. This new development is exclusively between ETI and UV Ray. The know-how of the two companies will respond positively to the increasing demand of the market.

ETI uses successfully for several years the UV Ray curing system for the flexo press Metronome and Labeline in-line printing and coating equipment.
