Etirama’s central impression flexographic label press to hit Indian market next year

Etirama has launched ‘Flexowine’ in Brazil, its latest 6 color central Impression flexographic label press for printing on self adhesive material, paper and flexible materials.

With its wine color frontage, the 250 mm wide ‘Flexowine’ is a 6 1 color CI flexo label press comprising of a central drum of 800 mm diameter. The varnish applicator is an independent station and can be alternatively used as 7th coloor for overprinting. The machine is equipped with unwinder, digital counter meter with stopping program, electronic web guide, triple die-cut station, waste rewinder, online slitter and rewinder. The drying is with the inter-station hot air dryer system, final drying by IR Dryer apart from UV Dryer.

Further, there is continuous anilox rotation and pneumatic removal of plate cylinders when the machine stops. Optional accessories include laminator unit, cold foil, corona treater, auto tension control, etc.
