FEIG Electronic founds subsidiary in the US

FEIG Electronic has announced the foundation of the US subsidiary FEIG Electronics Inc..

FEIG Electronics, Inc. will offer technical and commercial expertise to serve the company’s OBID RFID business area in North America. Since 2002, FEIG Electronic has relied on exclusive agents to support the US markets and customers in sales and technical service for OBID products.

The company aims to continue to grow its market share of OBID products through the subsidiary.

A spokesperson for the company said: ‘We are dedicated to improving our local services to provide timely responses to requests and greater access to sales and technical support. To achieve these goals, FEIG Electronics Inc. will setup an infrastructure based on the needs of the market and will increase the number of employees dedicated to developing and supporting our business in the North America.’

FEIG Electronic Inc. is located near Atlanta, Georgia, one of the biggest industrial areas on the East Coast of the US. For covering the US market, sales offices also at the West Coast will be active.
