FINAT is to introduce its Young Managers’ Club to Asia when it introduces the organization to visitors at December’s Euro India Labeling Exchange in New Delhi.

The Young Managers’ Club (YMC) was launched at FINAT’s Golden Jubilee Congress in Paris in June and is aimed at improving the education of promising managers within the self-adhesive label trade with a view to them becoming the company leaders of the future.

The emphasis on grooming managers for succession in small to medium sized, mainly family-owned companies was acclaimed widely at the launch. With more than 25 members enrolled, FINAT is now busy recruiting around the world to provide a global approach to the concept.

Jules Lejeune, managing director of FINAT, said: ‘The Euro India Labelling Exchange is our first opportunity to introduce the YMC to visitors at an Asian event and we believe it will be highly attractive for many companies in the region who want a solid organization to help them with their training and advancement of promising young managers.’

The Young Managers’ Club introductions will be held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on December 1 prior to the Labeling Exchange which runs on December 1 and 2.
