Al Guhrair buys Radus hologram unit

Secure Print Equipment Suppliers FZE has sold a Radus hologram hot stamping system to a leading printing and publishing company from the Middle East.

 

Al Guhrair Printing and Publishing, which operates out of Dubai, confirmed the purchase on the first day of Gulf Print & Pack 2013, taking place in Dubai, and where Secure Print Equipment is heavily marketing its Vinsak brand of machinery.

 

Al Guhrair Printing and Publishing is one of the largest printing organizations in the Middle East, and includes packaging and labels amongst its product portfolio, alongside direct mail, stationery, books, magazines and directories.

 

It is part of the Al Guhrair Group, which includes: Al Ghurair Centre, a mixed use development project that includes residential, commercial and retail; Mashreq Bank, a UAE retail bank; Oman Insurance; and Al Guhrair University.  

 

Secure Print Equipment said the Radus unit provides the “highest efficiency and output along with its famous reliability at various applications”, whether hologram application or print personalization on continuous forms.

 

A Radus SV-360 unit is being shown on the Secure Print Equipment stand at Gulf Print & Pack 2013, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre until Thursday (April 11). 

 

Lakshmanan Ganapathy, general manager of Al Ghurair Printing and Publishing, said: ‘This is a unique and compact German made system having various features for hologram hot stamping jobs.

 

‘Mounting Vinsak VIS 1200 inkjet system heads on the unit makes the machine unique, and provides the option for printing holograms with added security features.'
