Shamiro solutions invests in a Lemorau MEBR+

The Hungarian converter has installed the Lemorau machine to address its demanding production and continuous market growth

Shamiro’s decision went toward a Lemorau MEBR+ because of its modular concept that can be developed according to each customer’s needs.

In rotary mode, the Lemorau MEBR+ can reach a max speed of 200m/min when die-cutting white labels and max speed of 120 m/min for pre-printed labels.

Among a vast list of optional features available to include in this machine, the Hungarian converter decided to add clear on clear sensor, liner less lamination unit, die cutting unit equipped with pressure gauges and Speed Pack - to reach a max speed of 80min/mt when working on semi-rotary mode, bearer whippers, stripping bar on waste rewinder, anti-static bar system and automatic positioning of the slitting knives.

As per the standard specification, the machine already includes electronic web guide, 250 job memories, easy strip waste rewinder, air trim removal and double rewinder equipped with 6 air shafts – 2 x 25mm, 2 x 40mm and 2 x 76mm.

‘We value quality, efficiency, and partnership. We have found these qualities at Lemorau.

They have excellent customer service their machines have the best value on the market,’ said Imre Mázsár, business developer at Shamiro.

The company has also acquired an auxiliary machine, Lemorau CTA1500, semi-automatic core cutter.
