First claimed for FDA-approved web cleaner

AB Kelva has introduced what it claims is the first FDA approved polymer roller for web cleaning in the food, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

The polymer roller - the only item that has contact with the web - is manufactured in conformity with the definitions of the European and American regulations for food contact. This means that the roller not only picks up and transfers contamination from the web, but also ensures there is no chemical contamination transferred from the roller to the web.
The roller is available for all types of AB Kelva’s contact cleaning machines, including the new CWC cleaner.
