FLEXcon mark 50th year with employee celebration

It was celebration time for staff from FLEXcon recently as the US-owned firm celebrated 50 years in business and recognized staff who have reached various lengths of service milestones. The joint celebrations were enjoyed by employees from both European sites in Fife, Scotland, and Weesp, Holland.

Headquartered in Spencer, Massachusetts, USA, FLEXcon is a global manufacturer of pressure-sensitive film and adhesive products. Earlier this year, the company celebrated its 50th year with employee celebrations at its Columbus, Nebraska, and Spencer, Massachusetts facilities in the US.

Representatives of FLEXcon’s executive team, including Neil McDonough, FLEXcon president and CEO; Dave Rosen, vice president, FLEXcon International; Michael Kelliher, executive vice president, sales & marketing; and Ethan Goldman, chief financial officer, flew in especially to join in the celebrations. 

The afternoon events featured presentations to those who have reached the milestones of 5, 10, 25, and 30 years of service and also included motivational presentations by guest speakers including Jim Leishman, director of football at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club.
