Flint Ink Corporation has announced several changes in its top leadership. H. Howard Flint has assumed the position of non-executive chairman of the board of directors for the company, which is the largest privately-owned ink manufacturer in the world. He had served as both chairman and chief executive officer since 1992.
Dave Frescoln, president of the organization since 1992, has been elected vice chairman and chief executive officer of the global company, while Chief Operating Officer Linda Welty has been named to the added role of president. David Flint will continue in his position of executive vice president of the family-owned company.
“These changes will ensure a smooth transition at the very top of our organization,” said Howard Flint. “I will continue to have an active role in setting the direction of the company, and will support the new leadership team in whatever way I can as they take on the challenges of a changing industry.”
