Flint installs sleeve system at Turkish converter

Flint Group Flexographic Products has installed a nyloflex infinity system at Intermat Packaging, a flexo printer located in Istanbul, Turkey.

nyloflex infinity gives processing operations the opportunity to produce seamless polymer sleeves that are ready for digital imaging and ITR (In-The-Round) processing, so high quality printing forms are available promptly without notice. This is an advantage particularly for sites where the complete production workflow from pre-press to print takes place in-house.

Intermat Packaging opted for the nyloflex infinity technology when it switched from conventional to digital processing. The system was installed with support from Flint’s local partner Dereli Graphic. In total the installation comprises the nyloflex infinity cutter, mounter, merger and coater, as well as the nyloflex sleeve exposure, processor and dryer.
