Fuji Photo Film completes Sericol acquisition

Fuji Photo Film Co Ltd, based in Tokyo, Japan has completed its acquisition of Sericol, manufacturer of specialist screen and digital inks The new company, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with headquarters in Broadstairs, Kent, will be called Fujifilm Sericol Ltd.

‘Sericol is an extremely interesting company with a unique position in an attractive and growing market,’ said Fujifilm spokesperson. ‘The company has a unique product offering and a highly competent management team, and we consider that it has excellent prospects for continued profitable growth.’
