The Centrexpo SpA board of directors has examined the conclusions of a study conducted by Cermes-Bocconi on the positioning of its graphics and converting exhibition. The study showed that the presence of  Grafitalia and Converflex and GEC disorients the trade. The company has decided to focus exclusively on Grafitalia and Converflex which are better established.
The Board also examined the difficult economic situation being experienced by the industry and in agreement with the trade associations – Acimga, the Italian Manufacturers Association of Machinery for the Graphic, Converting and Paper Industry; ARGI, the Italian Representatives’ Association of Graphic Arts Machinery, Systems and Products Manufacturers/Distributors; and Assografici, the Italian Printing and Converting Industries Association – decided to extend the intervals of time between the exhibitions. The next exhibition is scheduled for 9 - 13 May 2006.
