Hamillroad Software has appointed Carl Brock as senior application specialist

Brock brings a wealth of knowledge gained from over 25 years of working in the flexo industry. Starting his career as a platemaker, Brock has worked in multiple companies and enjoyed great success in senior roles across many different flexo packaging disciplines. Brock has more recently worked as a consultant for Catapult, a rapidly growing narrow web integrated converter based in the US.

Brock will assist new customers with their onboarding process for Bellissima DMS and will continue to provide ongoing support and help drive improvements in terms of integration, ease of use, and application to flexo.

Andy Cave, CEO of Hamillroad Software, commented: ‘Helping our customers use our products effectively is paramount to us. We pride ourselves on the excellent level of service and support we provide to customers as we recognize that it helps them grow their business and that of the printers using the technology.

‘Carl brings a huge amount of experience working in flexo and understands the processes first hand, especially having worked with Bellissima, and will be a great asset as we help our customers satisfy the interest we see from printers and brands.’

Commenting on his new position, Brock added: ‘Having worked at various levels of the flexo print industry, I understand the challenges often faced by customers. When introducing new products into the workflow, like Bellissima, I can confidently provide them with the necessary support to successfully make that transition. Having experienced the benefits of Hamillroad's technology from a customer's perspective, I'm excited to now assist with deploying Bellissima to customers worldwide.’

Hamillroad said that following a successful year of growth in 2020, it has significantly increased its customer-focused team and is set to appoint additional roles later this year.
