Parkside Flexibles reports high customer satisfaction

The company's customer satisfaction survey revealed that 100 percent of respondents reported they were satisfied with its service

Flexible packaging expert Parkside Flexibles has achieved high customer satisfaction as depicted in its year-end customer satisfaction survey.

The survey, carried out in alignment with ISO9001 standards as part of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification process, revealed that 100 percent of respondents reported they were satisfied with Parkside’s service, with 75 percent reporting the highest possible level of satisfaction (very satisfied) with the service they received.

Meanwhile, the quality of Parkside’s products met with an even more positive response, with 100 percent answering they were satisfied with the quality of products they received, while an incredible 85 percent reported the highest level of satisfaction.

Paula Birch, global sales director at Parkside, said: ‘Everything we do, we do for our customers. We exist to provide them with the expertise and high-performance solutions they need to meet their ESG goals. That’s why it’s immensely gratifying to see such positive responses to this survey – it makes all our hard work worthwhile!

‘It isn’t just the headline numbers that are fantastic, but the comments behind them that make this so special for us. We want to thank all the customers who took the time to fill out the survey. It is something we’ll continue to do every year, using these fantastic results as a benchmark, to keep driving our standards even higher.’

The survey was distributed to 40 of the company’s customers operating in a range of sectors around the world and highlighted that the majority had an ESG agenda and were actively pursuing sustainable solutions now and into the future.

It comes near the end of a banner year for the flexible packaging leader, which saw it scoop a Gold FIAUK award for its recyclable paper frozen food packaging. 2022 also saw the company continue the successful commercialization of its minimal-material integral opening packs. These packs, made using leading-edge laser scribing technology to cut through substrate layers with micron-level precision, allow the rapid, repeatable production of integral opening systems that are thinner and more durable than sticky labels.

Birch added: ‘We do feel that 2022 has been a big year for us as a business, made possible by the incredible efforts of our team. We’re grateful that so many of our customers took part in this survey to reinforce this for us with hard data. We plan to get even more customers involved in our 2023 survey – and we’ll do everything we can to ensure we earn even stronger results next year!’
