ABG Inc, the North American subsidiary of A B Graphic International has relocated to new larger premises close to its previous site in Elgin, Illinois

The move, which comes because of ongoing and significant demand for ABG’s finishing equipment, provides over 26,000 sqft of capacity, with increased office space for administration and service staff, as well as a large display room to welcome customers.

ABG opened its USA office 25 years ago. The operation has since grown steadily, with over 40 staff now being responsible for both the North American and Canadian finishing markets. The growth of the ABG portfolio over the last two decades means that it can offer a wider variety of products for the international finishing market, including more digital options such as the DigiLase and DigiJet.

ABG’s acquisition of Spanish converting equipment manufacturer, Enprom Solutions in 2019 has also seen the addition of smart shrink sleeve machines and non-stop winding solutions to expand its offering.

Commenting on the expansion, ABG’s CEO, Richard Knight, said: ‘With this year being the 25th anniversary of our North American office, I’m delighted to see ABG Inc. going from strength to strength over the last two decades.

‘The sustained growth and investment into this region show that we recognize how important it is to provide a trusted local service to the North American and Canadian market. The team at ABG Inc. has worked very hard to promote ABG’s values and expertise and we’re very proud of the results.’

ABG Inc. is exhibiting at Labelexpo Americas 2022 in September in Chicago and will also use the opportunity to mark the 25th anniversary milestone.
