AlTech expands its headquarters

AlTech has announced moving into an expanded site, following two years of renovation works, to improve efficiency of the internal logistics and overall ergonomics.

The new headquarters, the result of extensive renovation work which took nearly two years, covers a total area of 10,000 sqm, including offices, production, warehousing and a large apron for loading and unloading. The additional square footage is expected to provide the company's employees with a spacious and comfortable working environment including advanced climate control and lighting technologies.

Significant attention has also been paid to the efficiency of the internal logistics. The production department, which is now located on the same floor, has dedicated routes for the various production phases, each with a short route to the warehouse. Moreover, AlTech invested in the ergonomics of each workstation and the incoming and outgoing material flows.

According to the company, the new site is a fundamental component of its growth strategy to meet the demand for its labelling machines production and also, increasingly stringent, customization and time-to-market demands.
