Change in shareholders at Lundberg Tech

Klein and Hansen took over Lundberg Tech in October 2009. They and their families have now acquired the shares owned by companies controlled by Bertil Nordin and Håkan Sundqvist, who at the same time have resigned from the board of Lundberg Tech. Håkan Sundqvist is president of Grafotronic and Bertil Nordin is former owner of Mectec Elektronik.

The reason for this move is noted as Karsten Klein (COO), Leif Hansen (chairman) and Ulrik Hansen (CFO), ‘greatly believe in continuing the process of developing Lundberg Tech even more.’

In a statement announcing the change in the company’s shareholder, Lundberg Tech stated: ‘No doubt that Lundberg Tech and its employees have a bright future ahead of us. The overall picture is very positive considering our current position in the global marketplace. On top of that, the tendencies in the business environment and in the society – focus on waste reduction/splitting of waste/recycling/sustainability/clean environment/CO2 reduction/human working environment – are all supported by the products and systems Lundberg Tech are providing.’
