Domino demonstrates three digital UV inkjet printing presses, the N730i, N610i, and K600i at Labelexpo Americas 2022

Domino showcases its new N730i digital UV inkjet label press for the first time. The 1,200 DPI press with Bitstar printhead technology is configurable with up to seven colors (CMYKOVW). Its ergonomic design with automated roll lifts provided as standard at the unwind and rewind supports media rolls of up to 1 meter in diameter. The N730i offers flexibility with an optional flexo priming station (pre-digital) to optimize print quality on more difficult media types; and an optional flexo station (post-digital) to support varnishing, a brand spot color, or for cost-effective flood white for shrink sleeve applications.

Also on show is N610i, a 600 DPI digital UV inkjet label press, which already scored hundreds of installations globally. It is available in up to seven colors (CMYKOVW) in roll-to-roll, roll-to-in-line/nearline, and hybrid configurations.

The third machine available at the Domino’s booth, the K600i dual bar digital UV inkjet printer, offers variable data printing with speeds of up to 492 ft/min, suitable for a wide range of applications, including anti-counterfeiting, brand protection, consumer engagement, e-commerce, food safety, inventory control, logistics, loyalty and promotional programs and track and trace. It offers the ability to print serial, batch, random, or PINs, alphanumeric characters, variable images, linear barcodes, 2D matrix, or QR codes. The K600i is a monochrome UV inkjet printer that integrates onto flexo presses, rewinders, and finishing systems.
