Through the dedicated integration with printIQ, Infigo’s users will benefit from end-to-end estimating, ordering, and production workflow system. The cloud-based management system gives print managers complete overview of the workflow, allowing to maintain continuity between stock suppliers, internal shop floor, right through to outsourcing.

Users can track jobs online and manage projects remotely, from estimating all the way through to invoicing. This enables printers to massively improve operation efficiency by increasing quote response rate and reducing production errors.

‘We are dedicated to building partnerships with software providers that share the same goals as us – helping print operations diversify and grow revenue streams, reduce costs and improve efficiency through automation,’ commented Douglas Gibson, managing director of Infigo Software. printIQ has justifiably built a reputation for a holistic, forward thinking, approach to its software. It’s not a case of one size fits all – printIQ is constantly releasing new features, that enhance the product, based on individual feedback from their clients. Which is exactly how we operate at Infigo.

‘Building on the momentum we have seen over the past year as well as the feedback received from current clients, we have taken the decision to further extend the features we offer as part of our integration. This partnership will enable our customers to push boundaries and make decisions that are necessary to remain ahead of the game, in today’s challenging environment.’

Mick Rowan, product director at printIQ added: ‘Our first goal at printIQ, was to solve the problem of estimating complex print jobs quickly and accurately. The next step was to simplify it to the point that customers, sales, and non-skilled staff could easily complete their own quotes online. Once we’d achieved that we looked to enhance the offering and that desire lead us straight to Infigo. In fact, Infigo fits so perfectly within the printIQ ecosystem that the natural synergies between the two companies made the tech partnership the obvious next step.’

Infigo Software and printIQ will be hosting a dedicated webinar exploring the full benefits of this partnership on September 30, 2020. The registration in now open.
