Lemorau hosts open house

The hybrid event included one day dedicated entirely to virtual presentations and client conversations. It gathered 39 visitors who could not travel to attend the event in person. Following the virtual day was a four-day event organized at the company’s production facilities in Porto, Portugal was participated in by 130 clients. 

Attendees were able to see live demonstrations of nine pieces of machinery, including machines Lemorau Evolution, a device equipped with a web cleaner and corona treatment, a flexo printing station, a cold foil unit, flat-screen printing, hot foil and embossing options, semi-rotary die-cutting, easy strip waste rewinder, slitting and double rewinding. 

The company also showcased two different configurations of the MEBR+, its modular finishing machine, showcasing the smart concept flexo units both in semi-rotary and rotary, turn bar, semi-rotary/rotary die-cutting, and its recent development – the automatic knives positioning and turret rewinding.

Also on display was an inspection slitter rewinder and the newest development in compact finishing - Smart-L, developed especially with a small footprint in mind, as well as a short web path reducing waste and intelligent software for a fast setup. 

Visitors could also see the auxiliary equipment popular among label converters, such as core cutters, both manual and automatic roll lifters, and the newest automatic label rewinder with an inkjet printing system for variable data.
