MPS is joining forces with Apex International, Esko, Cerm, COE, GEW, Hamillroad, Lehner, Spilker, and Zeller & Gmelin for a two-day, in-person open house taking place on June 8 and 9, 2022. Participating guests can expect informative presentations, educational breakout sessions, and live demonstrations of the EF next generation press including the MPSConnect and Performance Program benefits.
‘We welcome label printers and converters to join us and our partners in Arnhem for two inspiring days about our industry,’ said Atze Bosma, CEO of MPS. ‘This open house is designed to educate participants with the latest automation and print quality technologies and provide an interactive program to exchange ideas, experiences, and Connect to Grow together.’
Live demonstrations of the EF seventh-generation press is a highlight of the MPS open house. Launched earlier this year, the latest EF fully automated multi-substrate flexo machine is equipped with the slide-out ink drawer as standard, E-Sleeves, improved Job Memory functionality and two automation levels.
New to the next generation EF press is the option of a wider 580mm web width.
The open house takes place from 9.30am - 6pm CEST (UTC+2) on June 8 and 9 at MPS headquarters in Arnhem, The Netherlands. Guests can register to attend either or both days.
A morning and afternoon program is linked to a current industry theme: how to maximize performance (June 8) and work on sustainable growth (June 9). The morning will include several plenary presentations; the afternoon will consist of four breakout sessions with a duration of 35 minutes for each, presented by MPS and its nine participating partners. Presenting experts will explore topics such as digitalizing the flexo process, flexibility vs. standardization, how to prepare for the future, and consolidation in the industry.
Also featured in the breakout sessions is the workflow advantage with MPSConnect and Performance benefits that combine sensor technology with the internet (IoT) for real-time data collection from hundreds of events per second.
Registered guests will have the opportunity to select four of six available breakout sessions.
