Reproflex3 acquires Opti-Flex

UK-headquartered pre-press expert Reproflex3 has acquired New Zealand-based Opti-Flex to expand its global network and capitalize on opportunities in the Australasian flexo industry. The two companies will merge into R3 NZ Limited.

The deal sees Reproflex3 strengthen its global presence to meet the growing demand for high-quality flexible packaging and sustainable pack design across Australasia.

For more than 17 years, Opti-Flex’s technicians have worked hand-in-hand with customers to provide through its sites in Christchurch and Auckland, New Zealand.
