The expansion plans include the construction of a new 30,000 sq ft manufacturing and warehouse facility and investments in new, state-of-the-art equipment. The investment will enable the expansion of the site to further RKW’s portfolio available to the North American market.

The investment will also create 30 new full-time jobs. RKW North America is to invest in comprehensive training for new employees. Today, RKW North America employs about 100 people.

Kenneth Budlong, general manager at RKW North America, commented: ‘Not only will this investment allow RKW North America to tap into new markets, it will also create new job opportunities and therefore strengthen the economy of the Franklin area.’
