TLMI has started taking submissions for this year’s 45th edition of the Print Awards competition

Every year, TLMI converters from across the globe submit entries to be considered for the coveted Best in Class and Best in Show honors. The awards honor the industry’s finest package printing across various print process categories, including flexography, letterpress, offset, multi-process printing, and digital. Non-pressure sensitive categories, including unsupported roll labels as well as cut and stack, are also represented.

In addition to being honored at the Annual Meeting in October, the Best of Show and Best in Class winners will have professional videos made featuring their submissions and the print journey of each winning application.

‘For 45 years, TLMI has been honoring and celebrating the best-of-print among our converter members. I strongly encourage all our converter members to submit at least one entry for consideration. There are 65 categories, so there is an award category for most applications that our converter members print,’ commented Linea Keen, president of TLMI.

‘Due to the outstanding response that we received for the video featuring the Best in Show judging process from last year’s competition, we’re excited to announce that videos will be professionally produced for this year’s winning Best in Class submissions in addition to Best in Show. As past winners can all attest, winning a TLMI Print Award is a great way for converters to differentiate themselves in today’s competitive marketplace and we look forward to seeing all of the new submissions for this year’s competition,’ concluded Keen.

McDowell Label, a Resource Label Group, was the recipient of TLMI’s 2021 Best in Show Award for Clyde Mays Straight Rye Whiskey.

The submission deadline for entries is August 1, 2022. More information and application forms are available on TLMI’s website
