The event, open to all TLMI members in addition to prospective members, will cover the most pressing issues employers are facing in today’s marketplace, including hiring trends, wage growth, compensation, and benefits trends, vaccine requirements, masking and hybrid work scenarios, and the legislation driving mandates and companies’ evolving internal policies.

‘Although payrolls continue to increase, with 943,000 jobs added in July, many companies in our industry are reporting that they are still finding it difficult to attract and retain qualified employees,’ said Dale Coates, director of engagement at TLMI. ‘I encourage our current and prospective members to join Claudia during her presentation on August 18th as she takes us through the current state of the US labor market and ways TLMI members can navigate and implement policies and continued protocols that keep their employees safe.
