Esko delivered its annual event through 20 online sessions for brands and their packaging supply chain partners. Delegates discovered the latest innovations in packaging and label artwork management, prepress workflow automation and digitization.

‘This is the first time we have taken EskoWorld online and we are absolutely thrilled with the results,’ said Melissa Plemen, director of inside sales and marketing at Esko. ‘Across the ten days, we delivered a version of the same content we had planned for our eagerly anticipated live event, with experts hosting a range of exciting educational workshops and interactive learning opportunities.’

The event was originally scheduled for last month in Dallas, Texas and had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. ‘As the industry navigates this difficult time, we wanted to give as many of our valued partners and customers as possible the opportunity to benefit from the huge program of activity we had prepared,’ added Plemen. ‘Taking this year’s EskoWorld online was a logical solution, particularly with our current focus on digital transformation. We were thrilled with the uptake from across the industry, with nearly 10,000 registrations across the sessions, as well as the thousands of delegates who took part in the sessions live, we have had thousands more downloading the replays around the globe,’ concluded Plemen.
