Foc Tuba breaking records after HP Indigo investment

Ukrainian converter Foc Tuba is achieving record print volumes after installing an HP Indigo WS6800.

HP Indigo recognized Foc Tube during Labelexpo Europe 2017 after the Ukrainian converter achieved record print volumes

The company is a converter of flexible packaging, printing lamination tubes, self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging and wraparound labels. It supplies local and global brands such as Coca Cola, PepsiCo, Unilever, Danone and SC Johnson.

The new press was installed to help Foc Tuba efficiently deliver high-quality packaging for the food, health and beauty industries.

Dr Gennady Zagoruyko, director and owner of Foc Tuba, said: ‘The most essential growth drivers in this business are innovation and differentiation, and these are factors that we’ve incessantly sought in consideration of new technologies. The HP Indigo has undoubtedly been the key enabler for expanding our business in delivering high-quality, creative and customized lamination tubes and packaging solutions for our end customers.’

Following the installation of the HP Indigo WS6800 in February last year, Foc Tuba has achieved print volumes in excess of 40 million clicks.

‘The 40 million clicks is a milestone in our business which we proudly celebrate here at Foc Tuba,’ continued Zagoruyko. ‘But what brings us even more pride is the ability and flexibility to offer our customers the possibility to be more creative than ever, and leverage their packaging as their product’s most impressive evangelist, engaging with consumers directly from the shelves.’
